Access options
Access to Services & Payment Options
Access options should be easy to understand and safe to ask about.
Learn about payment plans, reduced-rate availability, sponsored access, and private ways to ask about support.
What this page is for
Support is often needed during moments of real strain. This page is here to make access options clear, predictable, and shame-free, so finances do not become another barrier to being heard.
Payment plans
Payment plans are intended to offer short-term flexibility without creating prolonged debt. When a payment plan is available, the offering page will explain its installment schedule, deadlines, and limits.
- Payment-plan availability depends on the offering.
- Sending a request does not automatically reserve an appointment, seat, or reduced-rate space.
- Please review the payment details and relevant deadlines listed with the offering.
Reduced-rate and sponsored access
Reduced-rate and sponsored access are limited and depend on the funds and spaces currently available.
Support is offered privately. People receiving sponsored access are not expected to communicate with donors or publicly explain their circumstances.
You do not need to disclose your entire situation. Share only what is necessary for us to understand the access question.
Common questions
- Do I have to explain everything? No. You may ask privately and share only what is needed for us to understand the access support you are requesting.
- Can every offering use a payment plan? Not always. Payment-plan options depend on the structure, timing, and current availability of each offering.
- Will sponsors know personal details? No. Sponsors do not receive identifying information about the people whose access they help support. Sponsored access does not create donor contact, disclosure pressure, or personal obligation.
- What if access spots are full?We will answer honestly. You may be invited to check back later, choose another available payment option, or wait until additional support becomes available.
